The aparatus driver can not drive within 4 hours of having consumed an intoxicationg beverage, regardless of its alcohol content

Use proper signaling
Drive with headlights on
Keep at least a four second following distance
The driver must walk all the way around the vehicle before backing
When backing up
use one or more spotters and
activate emergency lights
The radio operator
must use plain talk, no 10 codes
